A short application about you, the program you completed, and the community you already lead. Most of it is choices, not writing.

The team gets to know you
A board member reviews your profile, then arranges a short virtual introduction — a conversation about your community and your plans for it, not a test to pass.

Get approved and badged
Upon approval, your Global Ambassador Badge on your profile, complimentary Pro benefits unlock, and BIEDX begins working with you directly.

Ambassadorship is open to doctors who have completed at least one BIEDX fellowship or mini-fellowship program — the people who know the standard of the training first-hand. A Pro Membership is not required; the full Pro benefit stack comes with approval.
There is no set commitment — no hours to log and no sessions to run. Ambassadors help their community grow in their respective subspecialities, by sharing and by caring.

Yes. At the close of your tenure, BIEDX issues a Global Ambassador Certificate recognising the years you represented the platform and the community you built around it — a formal record for your CV and professional portfolio.
No. Approved ambassadors receive complimentary Pro Membership benefits as part of the program — course discounts, bonus credits, AI tool access, priority support, and private member groups — with nothing separate to purchase.
Each application is reviewed by the BIEDX review board. Successful applicants are notified through the platform. BIEDX is unable to notify applicants who are not selected.
